What types of agencies does Sothcare support? +
Sothcare supports three agency types: Medicare-certified Skilled Nursing agencies (with full OASIS-E2, nurse dashboard, and CMS-485 generation), Non-Medical Personal Care Services agencies (with EVV, ADL task library, and authorization tracking), and Group Home operators (with resident management and scheduling).
How does EVV work with Sothcare? +
Sothcare captures all 6 required EVV data points on every visit. For Maine agencies, we integrate with the Sandata aggregator (the state-approved system). Caregivers clock in and out from any device, and the EVV Exception Center lets administrators bulk-resubmit, filter by date, and export to CSV.
Can I switch from Axxess or another platform? +
Yes. Most agencies are fully set up within one business day. Our team will walk you through the transition during your demo — including how to migrate existing patient records and set up your caregiver accounts.
