What's the implementation timeline?
Non-medical and group home: 1 week to live, 30 days to full cutover from your legacy vendor. Skilled Home Health: 30 days to first parallel episode, 60–90 days to full cutover. We handle the patient and clinician import — your office staff does not.
Can I talk to an existing customer before signing?

Is Sothcare really HIPAA compliant?

Active episodes can finish in your legacy EHR while new admissions start in Sothcare — no claims lost in the cutover.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. We earn your business every month — no annual commitments, no early-termination fees. Our first 5 skilled HH customers get a voluntary 36-month price-lock at $519/mo if they want it, but it's never required.
What support do you offer?
