Information we collect on this site
Sothcare collects the information you submit through demo, callback, and contact forms so we can respond to your request and operate the service. That is typically your name, agency name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into a message field.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read and which calls to action they use. This records page views, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, and device type. It does not identify you by name.
Protected health information
For healthcare customers, protected health information is handled under a signed Business Associate Agreement and the security controls described on our Security & HIPAA page.
PHI does not pass through this marketing website. Please do not include client names, dates of birth, diagnoses, or any other protected health information in a demo request or contact form.
Sothcare mobile app
The Sothcare mobile app requests device location during shift clock-in/out for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), as required by state home-care regulations, and camera access for uploading care documentation. This data is transmitted securely and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Mobile information & SMS privacy
Sothcare LLC values your privacy. Mobile information and opt-in consent collected for SMS communication will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@sothcare.com. If you have opted in to SMS you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension that blocks Google Analytics, without affecting your ability to use this site.
