You will be talking to a founder, not a sales development rep. If Sothcare is a bad fit for your agency we would rather tell you in the first ten minutes than sell you something you will leave in four months.
Security, BAAs and compliance questions
Every customer signs a Business Associate Agreement before any PHI is loaded. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, MFA is mandatory, access is role-based, and PHI access generates audit log entries.
